Q: Where do I begin?
A: Whether you’re just starting out and are a complete newbie, or if you already have an online business, we suggest to start with the Get Branded Mastery Course to make sure you set up a solid foundation! This will take about 6 weeks to complete.
Then move on to the library where the monthly tutorials are added and go through what areas you need more help with. Remember to tune into our Q&A sessions, and check out the featured members for added inspiration!
Q: Do I need to travel to do this?
A: Absolutely not! Everyone has different goals and interests. The principles shared throughout this entire membership are universal to whatever industry you choose to be in.
Q: How can I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription at any time in your membership account settings. Once you have cancelled, you will continue to have access to the membership up until the end of the month or year you have paid for.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: We have a strict 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. Within 14 days of signing up to The Creatives Platform, you may get a refund. Due to the nature of the material included in the membership, refunds will not be given after the 14 day period. *No refunds are given on renewals.
Q: Where can I get feedback or advice?
A: We have a great Facebook member’s community where you can post questions, ask for advice, and get feedback on your work so far. Just click the ‘Community’ button on the menu to access the TCP Member’s Facebook Community. We also run regular Q&A sessions. So be sure to submit your questions on the relevant Facebook Group Q&A thread.
